The rules are simple (valid only inside the EU)Rostec covers the products with a standard limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, but does not cover damage by accident, abuse or misuse.Provided the product is covered by the warranty, repair and replacement of parts will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labor, and Rostec will be responsible for transportation costs when sendig the product back to the customer. The customer will allways be responsible for any transportation cost when sending the products to Rostec.If the product is sent to Rostec, and the product is NOT faulty, or if the product is NOT covered by the warranty, the customer will be responsible for all costs, i.e. parts, labor and all transportation costs.Shipping procedure, provided the product is covered by the warranty:1. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org Explain the problem, include the serial number.2. Rostec will mail back the relevant shipping address.3. Ship the product to Rostec. The customer pays for the transportation costs.4. Rostec will repair the product.5. Rostec ships back the product to the customer. Rostec pays for the transportation costs.
